RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return window

Please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing business@siwl107.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason, and photos of the item(s). Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

What can be returned

  • Change of mind: accepted for all items, including bags.
  • Defective or incorrect items.

Items must be unused and unwashed, with all tags, labels and original packaging included.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost (reimbursed once the returned item arrives).
  • Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost. If your order received free shipping, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund, so round-trip international shipping costs may apply.

Returns that cannot be accepted

  • Items damaged through customer mishandling, or items that have been used or worn.
  • Incomplete returns: if your order came with a free gift, the gift must be returned together with the items. If the free gift or any item is missing, we cannot issue a refund until all items have been returned, and the additional shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

The following are not considered defects: items originally made without tags or labels, creases that may occur during shipping, and minor finishing differences resulting from mass production.

CANCELLATIONS

An order can be cancelled if you contact us within 24 hours of payment and it has not shipped yet, if your order is delayed for more than 14 days after payment without any notice from us, or if the ordered item is out of stock.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your card issuer's billing schedule, the refund may appear on your next statement.
